Did you create Myspace?
I was part of a team that created Myspace. I was responsible for the technology and programming of the initial Myspace site.
Do you work for Myspace currently?
Nopes...I left the company when the initial site launched and had around (10k) members and joined another startup called Strongmail. I worked with them for almost 2 yrs and now am on my own doing my own thing.
Wow you have user id 2 whos 1?
User id 1 was created by another developer that was on the initial team. His account has been disabled. So in theory I have the first active account on Myspace, woot! I remember when we launched we all scrambled to signup to get the first id. I was too slow so I got 2.
Do people recognize you in public?
Nopes, I have never been approached in person by someone recognizing me from Myspace.
What is your occupation?
Im in the technology sector, mainly internet and consuming facing projects (flukiest.com and ikeo.com are 2 of the sites). I have a number of ventures in the social networking, gaming, lead generation space and sites in Asia.
Are you in a relationship?
Yeps been with Dar for almost 6 years. Time sure flies!

Why haven't you accepted my friend request?
Too many to get to. Eventually I get to it though (even if it takes weeks or months)...so no worries.
Will you help me promote something? (my band, my product, my cause)
Nopes....if I did it for one person I would have to do it for everyone. I do however regularly throw up banners for causes I think are pretty cool. One example is what the skate4cancer team is doing. If the venture is cool/intriging enough i'm typically all ears.
How come you have so many friends?
Im not sure? People seem to just send me friend requests. No rhyme or reason. They send I accept is pretty much how it goes.
How come you never respond to my messages?
My rule of thumb is to just delete all messages unless the subject line or user sending it stands out or from someone I know. Nothing against anyone...just found this to be the easiest way to handle the amount of messages. I tried reading all messages....but it just gets unbearable (with all those chain letters and spam).
How come you blocked me?
Chances are you put some HTML in the comments section.

Its because I own that domain. I bought it way back as a joke and now I just redirect it my profile. I also own a number of other wacky domain names heh.

A question that needs to be answered!! ~ Why does our friend count lower if we don't get constant friend requests? Like for example, your friend count has lowered 300 friends since last week... and I lost 200 friends!! I don't delete them, do they delete me? Or are they being deleted by someone? Our network is decreasing!!!
