Hello and welcome to the Eva Cassidy Myspace tribute site.
When I created this site for the beautiful Eva Cassidy, I never imagined that it would grow to the extent that it has done. It started out as a nice little tribute and remembrance for her, but it has become so much more. It is now a place where you can show your appreciation for Eva and her music and share your stories on how she has touched and enriched your lives. Your beautiful messages and comments continue to flood in on a daily basis and some of them are so wonderfully inspirational that I often find myself overwhelmed by your words.
Even though she was taken from us far too soon, Eva left us with her most precious gift of song. I personally believe her soulful voice and beautifully heartfelt songs hold a wonderful healing power in that they can bring so much hope and joy to the people who need it most. I'm just glad to be able to help spread the word about this amazing woman, the response has been absolutely phenomenal!
Thank-you all so very much for your support of this site and for helping to keep the wonderful music and beautiful spirit of Eva Cassidy alive.

Sonia I am so thankful to you for creating this site so the young people can hear what does it mean having an angel voice. I am a singer too and I am amazed by Eva voice. I do really would have love to meet her in this short life and sing something together! I feel like we have a lot in common about life! With much love Sonia Milan by Ameritalian

Thank you for this beauriful tribute to Eva. I found out about her music 10 years ago, and have listened to her music nearly everyday. She was an amazing talent taken too soon from this world. Such perfect tone and pitch, I love to listen to her music.

I truly enjoy dozens of female singers in many genres, but I
will say with conviction that no other singer has ever moved
me to tears, be they of joy or sorrow, as has the beautiful,
late Eva Cassidy. This was, and is a voice for the ages, and
for those who really listen with more than their ears, a way
to sooth their very soul. What a gift we were given by her
in her far too brief visit to our lives. I am literally jealous, in
a healthy way, of any who saw her live performances. May
her voice be a permanent part of what is beautiful in this world.
