How much impact has social media had on your Life.? I asked this Question on a video the other day and it seemed to me Weather it be Myspace, Facebook Twitter or utube I am just glad it has helped so many people get there word out for music artists little radio Blogs and of course letting people express themselves in general
I first discovered social media 8 years ago for radio purposes and it helped David Pearce and myself a chance to explain what the Partyzone radio show was all about. I have never taken social Media for granted I have a always gone into it with eyes wide open and enjoyed helping people with disabilities along the way in giving them encouragement to speak up or write stuff down if helps you or somebody you know get there message across.
I am slowly but surely starting to do that down here in Gippsland or at least starting to get my voice out there again because social media has become a massive part of my life and I don't know what I would do without it. I do hope that disability awareness will always continue to be put out the there because like social media I hope awareness and attitudes will continue to get better in the community and across the world.

people have been asking me have I gotten used to the country life the answer is yes but there is no way known I will never speak in country slow speak I will always speak with a city accent.
I can't wait for the 2013 AFL footy to start I am glad people are starting to talk footy again after the cricket has finished.
I am interested how many people still listen to Casey Radio 97.7fm 3SER I would just like to know because as life member I am still interested because the myspace is linked to www.caseyradio.com.au old habits die hard.
This morning I Joined Twitter and I was just wondering if you would like to follow me and maybe you can teach me how it works. I have noticed for years that most of the music acts that are on here have been using twitter and myspace so I thought it was time I kept up with social media a different way
I am not interested in twittering yet we will see what happens.
As it is getting close to Bush fire season I want to include the country Fire Authority website because you never know when you might need to it to find out any important information Fire in the area Particularly in the country.
