Miley Cyrus just can’t get a break from the paps these days …

The latest violation by photographers is a recently released photo of Miley getting out of a car … skirt raised … and not wearing undies. (This photo is NOT SAFE FOR WORK, by the way!)

Hollywood Life reports Miley’s “Hunger Games” beau is absolutely furious that the images have hit the web.

“He is legitimately baffled at the [paparazzi] and is disgusted they will go to those lengths to get a shot like that,” a source told the site. Reportedly, Miley has had to calm Liam down a great deal since the photos went viral.

“[Miley] is telling him that as long as they don’t really mention [the scandal] that it will go away,” the source said. “There is nothing they can do about it now.”

While Liam is outraged that his girlfriend’s coochie has been exposed and disseminated over the Internet, Miley, of course, is not too happy herself.

“She is very embarrassed … that the paps [sic] got the shot, and even went that far for it,” the insider said.

All of this … on the heels of this week’s speculation that Miley could be anorexic — which she vehemently denies.

The star says she is so tired of being bombarded by the press that she’s considering moving to Tennessee!
